“ﺳﺒﺮاي ﻣﻐﺬي واﻗﻰ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺤﺮارة, ﻳﺴﺘﺨﺪم ﻗﺒﻞ ﺗﺼﻔﻴﻒ اﻟﺸﻌﺮ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﺤﺮارة ﻟﻴﺤﻤﻴﻪ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ و ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﻘﺼﻴﻒ”

1. section your squeeky clean damp hair, preferably 4-6 sections.
2. spray the product on each section or on your hands and spread it on each section.
3. detangle each section to make sure the heat protectant is covering each strand
4. wait for 5-10 minutes then apply heat or go out in the sun for optimum protection.
